Before selecting a caregiver it's always good to know a little of their background, who they are and if you think they'd be a good fit for you and your family. So what would you like to know?
I've been happily practising chiropractic care for almost 20 years. I graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree and then continued my studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, receiving my Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1997. In 2006, I earned my Traditional Chinese Acupuncture Certificate, and the following year attended McMaster University to obtain my Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Certificate, successfully incorporating both modalities alongside my chiropractic practice in order for my patients to obtain optimal health. I use both Hands On and Activator Methods Techniques when adjusting my patients, and Cold Laser Therapy and Red/Infrared Light Therapy for soft tissue repair and facial rejuvenation. I'm a member in good standing of both the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.
As a proud Mom of two wonderful boys, Jayden and Noah, I'm a strong believer in providing the utmost in quality care for your entire family: from the very young to the very young at heart, newborns to 90 year olds! I feel patients of all ages can benefit from chiropractic care, and tailor my approach through a variety of gentle techniques to accommodate each patient’s special needs.
I suffered from daily headaches throughout most of my childhood and adolescent years, and was finally able to find relief through chiropractic care. I've since been singing its praises! It's now my life's passion and privilege to share with others the benefits of my chosen profession. I look forward to meeting you in person, and to making your and your family's care my top priority.
